JDIFF is seeking friendly and reliable volunteers to help gather audience and filmmaker feedback through short surveys during our event. As an Audience Survey Assistant, you’ll engage with attendees, invite them to participate, and help collect valuable insights about their experience.
Volunteers will be provided with general instructions, survey materials (paper or digital), and guidance on how to approach attendees respectfully. No prior experience is required—just good communication skills, a positive attitude, and comfort interacting with the public.
Please check in at JDIFF Volunteer Central, located on the second floor of the Five Flags Center Promenade. Free Parking is available in the Five Flags Center Parking ramp (main street) during the festival. You may be sent to different JDIFF venues to capture the surveys, so please dress for the weather and we suggest good walking shoes.
