In keeping with our mission, our vision is to be a premier youth development organization: Viewed by members as a fun and friendly place to belong; Recognized by the community for effective, needs-driven programs; Staffed by highly-trained professionals and supported by enthusiastic and caring volunteers; Know for serving the needs of today's families and our community by offering programs that mature children, develop teems and expand opportunities for underprivileged youth; Housed in a state-of-the art facility; Perceived as a financially sound organization with access to a broad base resources.
What We Do
To provide programs to Dubuque-area youth promoting health and social, educational, cultural, leadership and character development with emphasis on areas with greatest potential impact, in an environment which enables our members to become responsible, contributing citizens.
