Who We Are

Clayton County Conservation provides its community members and schools with environmental education programs. Besides environmental education we also host a variety of other programs and events throughout each year. Some of these include our OWLS (Older Wiser Livelier Souls) programs, summer camps, junior naturalist camps, annual race events, and special holiday programs. Clayton County Conservation Board manages numerous parks and campgrounds throughout Clayton County working to keep them maintained to a high standard. The Osborne Nature Center (CCCB's headquarter location) is a popular visitor destination for those looking to spend time outdoors. Osborne has a native wildlife exhibit is home to many species of animals native to the state of Iowa.
