Who We Are
We are a Prevent Child Abuse Iowa Council. We have been in Dubuque County since 1984. We partner with local agencies and offer trainings, community events, and messaging, to prevent child abuse.
What We Do
Our friends bring awareness to the issues of Child Abuse in the Tri-State area. We support families and share resources to organizations in need.
