Summerfest Dubuque is on Friday, August 14, 2015 in the Town Clock Plaza 5:00 to 10:00 pm. This is a free admission with donations accepted for the Veterans Freedom Center and the Dubuque Area Labor Management Council. The event is a fund raiser for the Education to Employment Grant fund at DALMC. The Groove Essentials will be performing at 7:00 pm. and Ralph Kluseman and Johnny Walker will be the opening band at 5:00 pm. There will be food vendors and beverages.
