The 9th annual Andrew Connolly Make A Difference Day (ACMADD) will be held on October 24, 2015. It is a weatherization challenge that helps out those in need in the local community with simple home cleanup and repairs.
The most important resource our community has is its people. Volunteers who work, who invest and who care about making a long-term change in the community make it a better place to live, work, play and do business.
Volunteer teams will come from organizations within the Dubuque Community. This is a great opportunity to lend a helping hand for service clubs, civic and fraternal groups, church groups, neighborhood associations, businesses, employee groups and other organizations. All community groups are invited to participate and to recruit one or more 6-person team to help with this worthwhile and much-needed project. Organizations can sign up to participate and report their team leaders by going online to: THonline.com/MadeADifferenceDay.
The registration deadline for teams has been extended to September 30th. Sign up to volunteer today!
