Volunteer: Elevate the Future: Youth Leadership Experience VolunteersElevateHER Network, Inc. is seeking energetic, positive, and dependable volunteers for Elevate the Future: Youth Leadership Experience, a FREE, co-ed leadership event for youth ages 6–18. Leadership Starts With Me. Throughout the day, youth will participate in interactive, age-appropriate activities designed to strengthen leadership, communication, teamwork, confidence, decision-making, and problem-solving skills. Volunteers will play an important role in making the experience engaging and meaningful. Volunteers may be assigned to an age group and assist with facilitating activities, encouraging youth participation, leading small-group conversations, helping with transitions, serving meals, assisting with setup and cleanup, and being a positive role model throughout the day. You do not need to be an experienced mentor or educator to volunteer. We are looking for community members who enjoy encouraging young people, can engage positively with youth, and are willing to jump in and participate.
