Volunteer: Kitchen Help: Mon & Tues 1-3pm

Justyna Miranda, owner of City Girl Farming + Prepared Meals, has nourished our community with her delicious meals, warm friendship, and her unwavering spirit – and now she needs our help.

Very recently, she was diagnosed with a rare and aggressive adrenal cancer that she is actively fighting. The City Girl Farming Team is stepping up to keep normal operations while their trusty leader is in recovery, and with this transition, we are still looking for some additional help – which is where YOU come in!

On Mondays and Tuesdays, we are looking for a couple of volunteers to assist our kitchen crew with meal prep tasks and dish washing. It is a fun and uplifting environment at 2900 Central Ave in Dubuque. Music is always playing, interesting conversations, and laughs are being shared almost all the time and as we prepare, cook, and package that week's delicious meals.

If you're looking for a fun way to spend some volunteer hours, if you're interested in kitchen work but have never tried it, or if you're just looking to try something different for a couple hours: Sign Up Today! No previous experience required.

The team and our community would greatly appreciate your help in these specifically trying times. Thanks so much!
