Make a difference in the life of a youth, and give back to your community.

Youth Mentoring at Helping Services for Northeast Iowa serves youth, ages 5-16, in Allamakee, Delaware, Howard, and Winneshiek Counties. Youth are waiting for a mentor, and we are in need of adults who are eager to be a positive role model for youth. All you have to do is give a one year time commitment and spend time with your matched youth for 4-5 hours a month. These hours can be done whenever you and your youth and the youth’s family choose, the sky’s the limit.

Take your youth on adventures. Share your interests with your youth, and learn about their passions. Give them the opportunity to do things they may not otherwise have the opportunity to do.
