BBQ in DBQ September 30th 2017
(Volunteer Shift #1 Setup Volunteers = 11-3p.m. 10-12 Volunteers Needed)
Set-up volunteers will be responsible for setting up tables for food on the floor of the gymnasium, tables around the track for Dubuque organizations advertising their resources, a DJ table, and possible kids games. Set-up volunteers will be responsible for arranging food, utensils, water, desserts on tables. Set-up volunteers will be responsible for setting up recycling stations and garbage cans. Set-up volunteers assist local organizations with signs and helping arrange materials as needed. Food, DJ, Local organizations arrive between 1-2p.m. Volunteers eat at 2:30p.m.
