Volunteer greeter and office assistant is needed at the EB Lyons Interpretive Center. Our nature center is free of charge and a place where families visit from nearby and out of town. Public educational programs and school groups visit the center to learn about environmental education and preservation of Dubuque history.
Volunteers are needed to assist staff by opening or closing the center, answering phone calls, greeting visitors, answering simple questions and handing out trail maps and assisting guests in our gift shop. Options are available for weekends 10am-2pm or various hours during the weekdays.
