Additional Opportunity for Investment Review Panelists: 1) Review mid-year, year-end, and renewal reports. These will occur every six months and can be accessed online. -Renewal Request: Funded Partners must have the renewal report turned in by December 31st. This request will determine if they will receive funding for the second year of the grant cycle.
-Year-End Reports: Funded partners must have the year-end reports turned in by June 30th. This report is to show the year-end outcomes of the funded programs.
