Maintain shelter security/policy enforcement and be available to resident guests if the need
arises.
Ensure residents complete their weekly/daily chores.
Be supportive and positive advocates for residents and work with them to address any of their
concerns.
Bring consistency and structure into resident family lives by maintaining consistent role-
modeling behavior.
Complete daily informational log on resident behavior or concerns.

Volunteer staff will work in a private office monitoring the activities of the shelter. Checking guests in and out, answering the phone, and maintaining awareness are your responsibilities. Our work environment is peaceful. We have a kitchen and a smart tv for your use. 

We have four and eight hour volunteer shifts primarily on evenings and weekends. 

A background check must be completed prior to volunteering.
