We are seeking Spanish-speaking interpreters to accompany immigrants to appointments or be available to interpret over the phone during appointments. Interpreters are also needed to make phone calls to immigrants about upcoming appointments. Advanced Spanish level is preferred.
Most of the clients we serve are indigenous Guatemalans whose first languages are native languages such as Ixil, Kiche and Kanjobal. Hours are variable and mostly during the day, but we’ll try to work with your schedule. This could be remote/virtual.
