

Who We Are
DBQFest is a volunteer-driven and directed program of the Dubuque County Fine Arts Society. The first festival was held on September 28-30, 1979. An annual fall festival complete with ethnic foods, sidewalk shopping, arts and craft fair, and music. The event lasted three days and drew approximately thirteen thousand visitors. The annual festival still showcases local artistic talent and brings together communities far and wide.
What We Do
We host a summer festival held in Washington Park in picturesque downtown Dubuque, IA. Features live music, local food, & art fair on both a Saturday & Sunday in the late summer (August 10-11 2024). Free admission for all.
