To eliminate Alzheimer’s disease through the advancement of research; to provide and enhance care and support for all affected; and to reduce the risk of dementia through the promotion of brain health.
What We Do
The Alzheimer’s Association is the world’s leading voluntary health organization in Alzheimer's care, support and research. The Alzheimer's Association provides vital services, education and support to people living with Alzheimer's as well as their family members and caregivers who are also affected by their loved ones diagnosis. The Greater Iowa Chapter serve those affected, by providing these services in 80 Iowa and Illinois counties. Offices are located in: Burlington, Council Bluffs, Dubuque, Fort Dodge, Quad Cities, Sioux City and West Des Moines (chapter headquarters).
