Julien Dubuque International Film Festival (JDIFF) brings the Halloween Parade to life! Community businesses, marching bands, and other groups bring us Halloween-themed floats.
Come in your costumes and get some candy along the route. The parade starts at Washington Park, travels down Locust St, and will end at Jackson Park.
