Calling all teens and tweens!
SHINE (Support Humans In Need of Encouragement) and make a difference at your library and in the community through art. Open to ages 10–18, this volunteer group works on creative projects while sharing ideas to help make the library a welcoming space for tweens and teens.
Even better? Participating in the Sun SHINE Squad counts towards the Carnegie-Stout Public Library Foundation's Teen Success Scholarship, which awards $1500 to High School Seniors residing within city of Dubuque limits.
