Timeline:
The grant review process will be February-March.
Scoring meeting in March and allocation will take place in April.
Responsibilities:
Attend a one-time 90-minute training session.
Commit to the grant application review process.
- Flexibility to review organizational proposals online & at own convenience
- Participation in scoring meeting & Funded Program review panel is mandatory
Expectations:
Able to analyze applications, including strengths and weaknesses, finances and budgets, and performance outcome measures and evaluation.
Additional Opportunity for Investment Review Panelists:
1) Review mid-year, year-end, and renewal reports. These will occur every six months and can be accessed online.
-Renewal Request: Funded Partners must have the renewal report turned in by December 31st. This request will determine if they will receive funding for the second year of the grant cycle.
-Year-End Reports: Funded partners must have the year-end reports turned in by June 30th. This report is to show the year-end outcomes of the funded programs.
-Mid-Year Report: This will be in the second year of the grant cycle. This report is turned in by December 31st. This report is to show mid-year outcomes of the funded programs.
2) Funded Partner Visits- Programs will be picked at random to have a site visit.
-Site visits will be done with funded partners to visit the location of the program and learn about programming in more depth.
Ensure recommendations are objective, fair and impartial.
