The Tri-States Largest Chili Cook-Off in Dubuque’s historic Cable Car Square will be held on Saturday, October 7, 2017. The day is full of games, live music, fun, and of course chili! This official CASI (Chili Appreciation Society International) sanctioned event allows our organization to give back to our community. All proceeds raised this year will go to Hills and Dales. Volunteers are needed for a variety of tasks, including selling tasting tickets/spoons, kid's zone, beverage tent, and helping our cooks.
