Looking for friendly adults to share a book with our youngest learners in K-3 classrooms at Table Mound Elementary School.
Classroom will be assigned day of, and books will be provided by the school.
A BACKGROUND CHECK IS REQUIRED PRIOR TO VOLUNTEERING IN ALL DUBUQUE SCHOOLS

Once completed you can drop off the completed form to the Forum at 2300 Chaney Road or email to jjensen@dbqschools.org.
If you have completed a background check in the last 5 years with the Dubuque Community School District you DO NOT need to complete an additional form.
Please Note: It can take up to 2-4 weeks for a background check to come back.
