Dubuque Main Street is participating in the JDIFF Halloween Parade this Satuday.
We need help Saturday from 1pm to 3pm (ish) to put LED lights into 100 balloons, fill them up with helium, and draw a face on them!
We will also be putting lights on the Dubuque Main Street truck and adding miscellaneous Nightmare Before Christmas decorations. There is so much fun to be had!
