Description: Join the Rooted Table Setup Crew and play a crucial role in creating a welcoming and vibrant atmosphere for our community events! This volunteer group is responsible for setting up the infrastructure that brings the event to life.
Responsibilities:
- Offloading the Trailer: Assist with unloading tables, chairs, and other equipment from the trailer.
- Setting Up Tables and Chairs: Arrange tables and chairs according to the event layout.
- Stringing Lights: Help hang string lights to create a warm and inviting ambiance.
- Table Setting: Once the tables and chairs are set up, assist in setting the tables with tablecloths, place settings, and decorations as needed.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Physical Ability: Ability to lift and move items such as tables and chairs.
- Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other volunteers and coordinators.
- Attention to Detail: Ensure that the setup and table settings are neat and align with the event's vision.
