The Julien Dubuque International Film Festival is once again sponsoring the Halloween parade here in Dubuque the evening of Saturday, October 19, 2024.
We are looking for over 20 volunteers to help the parade safely happen this year. Volunteers will be assigned a block and you will be asked to walk through the crowd and keep people from running onto the parade route.
The parade lineup begins at 5:00 pm and begins promptly at 7:00 pm. There is a possible volunteer meeting the week before to answer questions and check details. We'll let you know when and where. Volunteers will meet at 5:30 before the parade for last minute instructions. The parade route is on Locust St, from 6th St to 15th St.
