As a nonprofit organization, Opening Doors relies on community grants and donations in order to open our doors for women and children experiencing homelessness. For 25+ years, Opening Doors has served the Dubuque community and formed wonderful partnerships that have allowed us to continue operations! Attitude of Gratitude is our annual fall gala which brings in a large portion of our yearly funding. The evening features a live and silent auction, dinner, and client testimonials! Please consider joining the Opening Doors Volunteer team to fill one of the various positions and help make this event a success!
Transportation Crew: You will be responsible for helping Opening Doors staff transport our auction and other event items form our administrative office to the Grand River Center. Volunteers must have their own reliable vehicle for transportation duties.
